Welcome to DekoDoor Return Policy. We value our customers and aim to ensure that any concerns related to our products are addressed satisfactorily.
- Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition: Returned doors must be in their original condition, unused, and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
- Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Damages: Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If a product is received damaged, DekoDoor will replace the product at no additional charge.
- Exceptions: Customized doors or special orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
